You don’t need to do what they do.
You don’t need to follow the trend, chase the burn, or suffer through something you hate just because someone said it “works.”
Physical wellness isn’t about intensity.
It’s about alignment.
With your goals.
Your body.
Your season of life.
The best exercise for you… is the one that supports you, not punishes you.
For years, I trained like someone else.
Copied routines.
Chased aesthetics.
Ignored the signals my body was sending—until they got loud.
Now, I ask better questions:
- How do I want to feel after I move?
- Am I building or burning out?
- What movement feels like medicine—not ego?
That’s how I built a routine that finally stuck.
Some days it’s lifting.
Some days, Pilates.
Some days, just a walk with breath in my nose and peace in my chest.
Movement isn’t a performance.
It’s a conversation.
And when you stop trying to force your body into someone else’s blueprint—
you start building one that lasts.
Don’t move to prove.
Move to return.
Your body already knows what it needs.
Start listening.
That’s the Cushy way.
